These terms govern access to the Pulchur website and invitation-only creator workspace.

The service
Pulchur is operated by Edda, CVR 46044207. Pulchur provides menswear inspiration, creator profiles, outfit pages, and links to products offered by independent retailers. The service is in beta and may change, pause, or contain incomplete information.
Product information and purchases
Pulchur does not sell the products shown on the website. Prices, stock, sizing, delivery, payment, returns, and product claims are controlled by the retailer. Verify material information on the retailer's website before purchasing. Any purchase agreement is between you and that retailer.
User accounts and favourites
You may create an account to save creators and outfits privately. Keep your login details secure, provide accurate account information, and do not use another person's account. Saved items may become unavailable if content is removed, archived, or changed. Pulchur does not promise that a saved product will remain in stock or available at the same price.
Creator accounts
Creator access is invitation-only. Keep login details secure and provide information you are authorised to share. Content permissions, campaign arrangements, and any creator compensation are governed by the separate agreement or written permission between the creator and Pulchur; these general terms do not expand those rights or promise payment.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful material, or violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Editorial and intellectual property
Pulchur's branding, interface, editorial structure, and original material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Creators and other rights holders retain the rights they hold in their own material.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every product detail remains current. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
