Terms of Service

1. What Pulchur provides

Pulchur is an outfit-led fashion discovery service. It presents creator profiles, outfit media, product references, and links to products or services offered by independent third parties.

Pulchur does not manufacture, stock, sell, deliver, or accept payment for the products shown on the website. When you follow a product link and make a purchase, the purchase is made from the relevant retailer and is governed by that retailer's terms, privacy notice, delivery terms, and returns policy.

Some parts of Pulchur may be described as beta, preview, or invitation-only. Beta features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn as the service develops.

By creating an account or using Pulchur, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Browsing and accounts

You may browse publicly available pages without an account. A shopper account may be required to save creators or outfits and use other personal features. Creator access is invitation-only.

When you create or use an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell Pulchur promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You may not use another person's account or create an account using an identity or email address you are not authorised to use.

If you use Pulchur on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Age and legal capacity

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you may only create or use an account with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Pulchur may restrict or close an account if it reasonably believes the account holder cannot lawfully agree to these terms.

4. Saved creators and outfits

Shopper accounts can save creators and outfits for later viewing. Saved items do not reserve a product, price, size, or stock level. An item may disappear from a saved list if a creator, outfit, or product reference is corrected, archived, removed, or made unavailable.

Pulchur does not guarantee that saved information will remain available indefinitely. You should not use favourites as the only record of information that is important to you.

5. Outfit and product information

Pulchur aims to distinguish between an exact item worn by a creator, a creator-approved alternative, a Pulchur-suggested alternative, and an item whose identification is uncertain. These descriptions are editorial information, not a guarantee.

Product names, images, prices, sizes, materials, availability, fit information, and retailer pages can change or contain errors. Optional sizing, fit, and identification notes may be supplied by a creator or Pulchur for guidance only. Always confirm important information with the retailer before purchasing or using a product.

6. Retailers and external links

Pulchur contains links to independent retailer, creator, social-media, and other third-party websites. Pulchur does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or handling of personal information.

Questions or disputes about an order, payment, delivery, return, refund, product safety issue, or retailer warranty must be addressed to the retailer from which the purchase was made. Pulchur may help identify the relevant retailer but is not a party to the purchase.

7. Affiliate and commercial links

Some product links may be affiliate or advertising links. Where a link is monetised, Pulchur will identify its commercial nature as required by applicable law. Pulchur may receive a commission if a visitor follows such a link and later completes a qualifying transaction. This ordinarily does not increase the price paid by the visitor.

Affiliate tracking, attribution, eligibility, approval, reversals, and payment are controlled partly by retailers, affiliate networks, and other third parties. Pulchur does not promise that a click or purchase will be tracked, approved, or commissionable. Read the Affiliate and Advertising Disclosure for more information.

8. Creator access

Creator accounts are available only to people invited or approved by Pulchur. Creators remain responsible for the accuracy of their profile details and for keeping access credentials secure.

A creator's content permissions, use of their name, image and social content, publication approvals, commercial arrangements, and any compensation are governed by a separate Creator Participation Agreement or other written permission agreed with Pulchur. These public terms do not grant Pulchur additional rights to creator material and do not promise a particular audience, number of clicks, sales, commissions, or payment.

9. Material supplied through Pulchur

If you upload, paste, submit, or otherwise provide material through Pulchur, you must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it and allow its intended use. You must not provide material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights; is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, hateful, or sexually exploitative; contains malicious code; or exposes another person's private information without authority.

Creators and other rights holders retain the rights they hold in their material. The licence allowing Pulchur to host, format, display, and distribute creator material is limited to the scope and duration described in the applicable Creator Participation Agreement or written permission. Pulchur does not claim ownership of creator material merely because it is uploaded to the service.

10. Editorial corrections and moderation

Pulchur may correct product references, change an identification label, reduce the visibility of material, suspend publication, or remove material where reasonably necessary to address inaccurate information, rights concerns, unlawful content, safety, security, these terms, or the integrity of the service.

Pulchur currently uses human review for these decisions and does not rely on an automated system to make final content-removal decisions. Where reasonably possible and lawful, Pulchur will tell the affected creator what action was taken and why. A creator can request a review through the Contact page.

Pulchur may act without advance notice where prompt action is reasonably necessary, including to comply with law, protect a person, preserve security, or respond to a credible rights complaint.

11. Reporting content and rights concerns

If you believe that material on Pulchur is unlawful, infringes your rights, misidentifies a product, or uses content without permission, submit a report through the Contact page. Include the page address, a clear description of the concern, and information showing why you are entitled to make the report. Pulchur may request additional information needed to assess it. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading report is prohibited.

12. Acceptable use

You may use Pulchur only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system, or non-public part of Pulchur.
• Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or deliberately create an unreasonable technical load.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract creator, outfit, product, account, or analytics data without written permission.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation, approval, product identification, or commercial relationship.
• Use Pulchur to harass, exploit, defraud, or violate the rights of another person.
• Reuse Pulchur content, branding, page designs, or data for a competing or commercial service without permission.

Reasonable use of public pages by ordinary search engines and standard browser functions is not prohibited by this section.

13. Intellectual property

Pulchur's name, branding, interface, software, editorial structure, original text, and other material created for the service are owned by Edda or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Pulchur gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose in accordance with these terms. No other right or licence is granted. Third-party trademarks, product images, creator material, retailer material, and social-media content remain the property of their respective rights holders.

14. Account restriction and closure

You may stop using Pulchur at any time. Shopper account holders may request account deletion through the available account settings or the Contact page.

Pulchur may temporarily restrict or close an account, remove access to a feature, or remove content where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, security risk, rights complaint, prolonged inactivity, discontinuation of a beta feature, or another legitimate operational reason.

Pulchur will act proportionately and, where reasonably possible and lawful, explain the reason and provide a way to request review. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create legal, security, safety, or rights risks.

15. Availability and changes to the service

Pulchur works to keep the service accurate, secure, and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a feature, or error-free content. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party services, security incidents, or events outside Pulchur's reasonable control may affect availability.

Pulchur may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. If a change materially affects an account holder's use of the service, Pulchur will provide reasonable notice where practical.

16. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Pulchur is responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of Pulchur's breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Pulchur is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by a retailer or other third party, or loss caused by information or events outside Pulchur's reasonable control.

Pulchur provides fashion discovery and general editorial information. It is not professional, financial, medical, safety, or product-authentication advice. You remain responsible for checking whether a product, retailer, purchase, or use is suitable for you.

17. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Notice explains how Pulchur handles personal information. The Cookie Notice explains the use of storage and tracking technologies and how consent choices can be changed. Third-party websites reached through Pulchur apply their own privacy and cookie practices.

18. Changes to these terms

Pulchur may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, security needs, or business operations. The date on this page will be updated when the terms change.

Where a change materially affects registered users, Pulchur will give reasonable notice through the service or by email before it takes effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires faster action. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the service and may request account deletion.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Pulchur are encouraged to try to resolve the matter directly.
