Privacy notice

This notice explains how Pulchur handles personal information during its beta.

Last updated 3 September 2026

Who is responsible

Pulchur is operated by Edda, CVR 46044207. Edda is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@pulchur.com.

Information we handle

  • User, creator, and administrator account email addresses and authentication records.
  • Private lists of the creators and outfits an account chooses to save.
  • Creator profile information, social links, outfit media, captions, and product references supplied for the service.
  • Product-click records containing the outfit, product, time, page source, and referring website host. Pulchur's click record does not store a visitor name or email address.
  • Technical logs used to keep the website secure, reliable, and available.
  • Information you choose to include when you contact us.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate accounts and private favourites, publish authorised content, send account and security emails, measure product-link activity, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, and improve the beta. Depending on the activity, the legal basis is performance of an agreement, Pulchur's legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

Service providers and external websites

Pulchur uses service providers for website hosting, database and storage, account authentication, consent management, and transactional email delivery. These providers process information for Pulchur under contractual security and data-protection terms. Product links take visitors to independent retailer or partner websites, whose own privacy notices then apply.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the beta, account administration, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Ordinary account favourites are deleted when the account is deleted. Creator content and account information are reviewed when a creator leaves the beta. Aggregated operational records may be kept where they no longer identify a person.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency or another competent supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this notice when the beta, providers, or data practices materially change.
